Warm Up:   15 Squats, 15 GHD Sit-ups, 15 GHD Back ext, Inch Worm with Push Through, High Knees and Butt Kickers, Roll out quads and back, Deep lunge hip mobility and ball in arm pit mobility

Strength:  1RM Front Squat

WOD:   AMRAP in 15 Minutes 
             5 HSPU
             10 KBS 70/53
             20 Double Unders

Cool Down:  Roll out quads, calves, back, lats, and do banded distraction
