Warm Up:   Arm and legs swings, 10 Squats, Junk Yard Dogs, Deep Lunge Hip Mobility with flossing and ankle mobility

Strength:   3X12 Front Rack Box step ups  (don't let trailing leg touch the box until full hip extension)

WOD:   3 Rounds of 2 min
             75 Double Unders
             Max Reps of Burpees with remaining time

*2 min rest in between each round
**Score is total Burpees

Cool Down:   Roll out quads and calves, banded leg/IT band stretch
