This is where you should be doing most of your grocery shopping.  Stay on the outside 
cause what's down the isles is EVIL!

Warm Up: 2X10 Squats, Sit-ups, back ext, push ups, pull ups and dips, 250m Row, Thoracic Mobility on Rig with Partner, Dislocates

Strength:   Snatch work up to heavy single for the day.  If your snatch is terrible then do a power snatch.  If that is terrible then do an OHSQ.  If that's terrible, work for form and do lots of mobility

WOD:   10-1
              Front Squat 135/95 (FB 165/115)

*Perform 1 rope climb in between each set

Cool Down:   Roll out lats, back, hams, quads. Then do banded distraction and pull band across and behind body
