Warm Up:   Junk Yard Dogs, 10 Situps and Back Ext, Scorpion, Flossing hami stretch, talk about deadlift set up and execution.  

Strength:   If you can't get a good rack then get a partner and do mobility on the barbell
                  4X2 High Hang Clean, Hang Clean, Full Clean @70%

WOD:   15 GHD Sit-ups
              21 Deadlift @135/95 FB 185/135
              X3

*Mods for GHD;  wall sit-up or regular sit ups

Cool Down:   Stretch out abs, roll out hamis and butt
