Strength:  15 mins to work up to a heavy Snatch (or Power Snatch)

WOD:  21-15-9
            Push Press 75/55
            Box jump 24/20
            Power snatch 75/55

Cool Down:  Distraction, Pull band across and behind body, Roll out quads and calves
