                    Dynamic Stretching, Swing Kicks, Junk Yard Dogs
                    Roll out Quads with the Barbell and Shoulder Mob with ball

Strength:   3X20 GHD Raises
                  3X12 Bulgarian Split Squat with bar in front rack (heavier than last time)

Skill: 3X5 Skin the cat
                 Beginner: In the tuck position
                 Intermediate: Legs fully extended using a kip
                 Advanced: Legs fully extended with no kip

            Double Unders
