Warm Up:   Dynamic Stretching, 10 squats, push ups, dips, sit ups and back extensions.  Then High Knees, Butt
                    Kickers and Swing Kicks.  Clean on boxes review

Strength:   High hang clean on boxes (working up to a heavy load) 

Skill:   10 Mins of Handstand walk practice (work the most difficult part of your progression)

WOD:   50-40-30-20-10
              Kettlebell Swings
              Double Unders
              Air Squats
