Skill:   15 Mins of Practice on Free Standing headstand to handstand 

WOD:  100 Double Unders
             50 Sit Ups
             40 Wall Balls   
             30 Pistols (alternating)
             20 Dips 
             10 HSPU 
*25 Min cap 

Cool Down:   Roll out calves, quads, hamis, Glutes and triceps.  Cobra Stretch.
