We are done with our lifting program.  For the next two weeks we will be working on mobility and  supplemental strength building movements.    

Warm Up:   3x10 Squats, Sit-ups, Back extensions, Push-Ups, Pull ups and dips

Mobility:   Traps, Scaps and Lat mobility  Check out the link 

WOD:  3 Rounds 

             25 GHD sit-ups 
             5 clean and jerks 205/135

Cool Down:   Cobra Stretch, Roll out quads and back.  Banded distraction
