We are beginning to dwindle down on our lifting.  The remainder of this week and next week will be a de-loading week where we give your body time to heal and get ready to 1RM


Warm Up:  Dynamic Stretching, Junk Yard Dogs, Burgener Warm Up

Strength:   Snatch - 75% x 1 x 6
                 Power Clean & Jerk - 75%x1+1, 80%x1+1, 85%x1+1x3

WOD:   7 Burpees
              7 Box Jumps
              7 Hollow Rocks
              X 7

Cool Down:   Roll out ankle, Calves, Quads, couch stretch and cobra stretch
