Warm Up:   30 Boxer Shuffle, Inch Worm with push through, High Knees and Butt Kickers.  Thoracic mobility and shoulder mob, Burgener Warm Up 

Strength:   3 Position Clean (floor, below knee and above knee) + Jerk 60%, 65%, 70%, 75% X3 (at every percentage.  Jerk is performed on last position)

WOD:   20 lateral jumps (using pirouette. every time over counts as one)
              15 T2B
              25 Double Unders
              X3

*10 Min cap 

Cool Down:   Roll out quads, IT band and calves.
