WOD:   Regionals Event 6
              50 Calorie Row 
              25 Box Jump overs 
              50 Deadlift 180/120
              50 Wall Ball  
              50 Dips
              50 Wall Ball
              50 Deadlift 180/120
              50 Calorie Row 

Cool Down:  Roll out calves, hamis, quads.  Banded distraction and elbow in band stretch
