Strength:  Every 30secs for 4 min perform 2 (T&G Power Cleans and 1 push jerk @ 70%

Skill:   Practice Handstand walk for 10 min or 3 X 20 shoulder touches

WOD:   4 Rope Climbs
             10 Burpees
             10 Box Jumps

             3 Rope Climbs
             15 Burpees
             15 Box Jumps

             2 Rope Climbs
             20 Burpees
             20 Box Jumps

             1 Rope Climbs
             25 Burpees
