Warm Up:   2X10 Squats, push-ups, sit-ups and back extensions, arm swings, 250m Row and 25 double unders

Skill:  15 min of work towards your goal

WOD:   15 Min AMRAP
              5 HSPU
             10 Box Jumps
             10 Pull-Ups 

Cool Down:  Roll out quads and calves.  Distraction and banded shoulder stretch across and behind body
