Warm Up:   Dynamic Stretching, Swing Kicks, Arm Swings, Dislocates, Toe touches, 15 Squats, Deep Lunge Hip mob and 15 Squats,  roll out lats and back.  Fast feet, squat drops, Burgener Warm up with Snatch grip.

Strength:   EMOTM for 10 Mins perform 2 Snatches
                  1st one from the low hang (just above the knees)
                  2nd one is a full snatch

Skill:  Skipped Today

W.O.D:   Bear Complex
               7 Sets of the following sequence:
               1 Power Clean
               1 Front Squat
               1 Push Press
               1 Back Squat
               1 Push Press (then down to a touch and go to start the next power clean)
               X5
* 20 Min time cap             
* Increase weight every round. The goal is to work up to max load on the 5th round.
