Warm Up:   15 Squats 30 Sec goblet squat, 15 Squats, Deep lunge Hip mob
                    Swing Kicks and Arm Circles
                    15 Push ups, Shoulder Mob
                    Fast feet, Squat Drops and Burgener warm up

Strength:  Perform 1 - 3 position clean EMOTM for 10 mins
                 (positions are; ground, hang and mid hang.  Adjust based on athlete's proficiency)

Skill:  3X5-8 False Grip (with ring turn out) Ring Pull Ups

WOD:   15 Snatches 135/95
              15 Over the bar burpees
              200 Meter Run
