                    Knee hugs, Swing Kicks
                    Pec Mobility, Deep Lunge Hip Mob/Fast feet and squat drops

Strength:   Press 5 Reps @75% 3, Reps @85%, 1+ Reps @95%

Skill:   Tempo Pull-ups 50X2

WOD:   100 Burpees for time
              Every two minutes perform 2 snatches @ 75% 1RM
