Strength:   Deadlift 3X3 @70,80,90% (Last round is 3+ reps)

Skill:   3X10 (5 per shoulder) Chest Facing Wall Shoulder Touches

WOD:   Murph with 20/10 weight vest
             1 Mile Run
             100 Pull Ups
             200 Push-Ups
             300 Squats
             1 Mile Run  (Don't worry AM crew there are different variations :) )
