Warm Up:   Dynamic Stretching (push the head through on the inch worm), swing kicks, arm cycles, Junkyard Dogs, 25 Double Unders, Roll back and shoulders out.  

Strength:  Burgener warm up
                 15mins to establish a heavy single Clean to Thruster

WOD:  3 Clean to Thruster (80% of heavy single)
             6 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20
             9 GHD Wall Balls/ 12 Wall Ball Sit-ups
                         10/8                    20/14 
             X10

Cool Down:   Use band to stretch legs, roll out quads, stretch abs
