                   3X10 Wall Squats (get closer to the wall every round), Sit up and back ext. 
                   Unbanded Deep lunge Hip mobility

Strength:   Front Squat 3X5 @60, 65, 70%

Skill:   Spend 10 minutes working on your goal.  If your goal is not skill related then spend 10 minutes working on Handstand walks

WOD:   12 Min AMRAP
              6 Power Snatches 135/95
