Warm Up:   250m row, Dynamic Stretching, arm swings, 50 Double Unders

Strength:  Establish your Strict Press and Push Press 1RM 

WOD:   15 Box Jumps
              15 HR Push Ups 
              15 KBS 53/44
              X3 

Cool Down: Roll out quads, calves and pecs.  Do the banded hip flexor stretch
