Strength:   3 Position Snatch (floor, below knee, above knee)
                 60%, 65%, 70%, 75% X3 (at each percentage) 

WOD:    30-25-20-15-10-5
               Wall Ball 20/14
               Burpees

*12 min cap

Cool Down :   Roll out quads, IT band and back.  Stretch out pec on bands or on wall
