Warm Up:   2X10 Squats, Push Ups, Sit Ups, Back Extensions, Pull ups, dips, Thoracic Mobility and deep lunge hip mobility

Strength:   Snatch Push Press + OHSQ 75% 5X1 X 5 

WOD:  15 Min AMRAP
             5 Front Squat (heavy)
             7 Deficit HSPU
             9 Burpees
              

Cool Down:   Roll out quads, lats, and back.  Distraction and pull band behind and across body
