Warm Up:   2X10 Squats, Push Ups, Sit Ups, Back Ext, Pull-ups and Dips.   Deep Lunge Hip Mob

Strength:   3 Position Snatch (floor, below knee, above knee)
                   60%, 65%, 70%, 75% X3 (3 reps at each percentage)

WOD:   12 Min AMRAP
               10 Bar facing burpees 
               5 Clusters (heavy) 

Cool Down:   Roll out quads with barbell, Couch stretch and roll out IT band
