Warm Up:  15 squats, Junk Yard dogs, 3X5 Good Mornings, Burgener Warm Up, Hip mobility and thoracic mob

Strength:   3-Position Clean (floor, below knee, above knee) + Jerk - 60%, 65%, 70% x 4 sets (4 sets of each percentage)

WOD:   7 Min AMRAP
              7 C2B Pull Ups
              7 Box Jumps
              

Cool Down:   Roll out calves and quads with barbell.  Banded distraction and pull band behind and across body
