Strength:   Clean & Jerk - 60%x2+1, 70%x2+1, 80%x1+1, 85%x1+1, heavy single

WOD:   Buy In:   400m Run 
              Then...
              3 Heavy Front Squats (must be cleaned from the floor)
              5 Tire Flips 
              10 HSPU 
              X5
              

Cool Down:   Roll out back, quads, IT band and calves.
