Strength:   (Fast Feet, Squat Drops, Burgener Warm Up)  Establish 1RM Clean and Jerk

WOD:   Tabata Abs
              20/10
              Sit-Ups
              Flutter Kicks
              V-Ups
              Plank

Cool Down:  Ab Stretch, Hip stretch with leg on box, roll out quads with bb
