WOD:
Benchmark/Records board day. Chose a WOD or lift from the new records board. Partner up, count and watch for range of motion for one another.
Stamina WOD (6:00 – 7:30pm):
Partner WOD – You-go-I-go style. 3 – AMRAP15’s with a 3 min break in between.
Rep scheme starts at 1 and ascends by 1 each round. One partner will complete a round, then the other starts and must complete their round. For example, on the 1st AMRAP15, partner 1 starts with 1 calorie on the rower and 1 burpee over the rower. Then it’s partner 2’s turn. They do 2 calories on the rower and 2 burpees over the rower. Then it goes back to partner 1 who does 3 of each…and so on. Score is rounds and reps on each AMRAP15.
1st AMRAP15 => Row (cals) & burpee over rower
2nd AMRAP15 => Walls Balls (30/20#) & Deadlifts (225/155#)
3rd AMRAP15 => Clean & Jerk & Front Squats (135/95#)
