WOD:

U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Bradley R. Smith, 24, of Troy, Illinois, assigned to the 10th Air Support Operations Squadron, based in Fort Riley, Kansas, was killed on January 3, 2010, by an improvised explosive device in Zhari district, Kandahar Province, Afghanistan. He is survived by his wife Tiffany, daughter Chloe, parents Gary and Paula, and brother Ryan.

For time (45 min time cap), complete the following:
6000/4500# per person – ground-to-overhead
2000/1500# per person – WB’s
8000/6000# per person – back squat
10000/7500# per person – deadlift
3000/2250# per person – ground-to-overhead
1000/750# per person – WB’s
4000/3000# per person – back squat
5000/3750# per person – deadlift

For example, if a man and woman are a team, they will start with doing 10,500# of a ground-to-overhead movement (e.g. clean & jerk or snatch).  If they share a barbell and say it weighs 100#’s, then they would need to complete 105 reps on the barbell (total between athletes with only one person working at a time, reps can be split anyway).
