STAMINA WOD (6:00 – 7:30pm)
Class WOD, you-go-I-go style (i.e. only half the class is working at one time).
The workout will be an AMRAP50 where the exercises, weights and reps will all be drawn (one at a time) at random and completed by the entire class.  For example, an exercise is chosen, then the weight (if needed) for that exercise is chosen/drawn, then the rep amount is chosen/drawn.  The class will complete the drawn exercise, weight and reps that were drawn before another exercise can be started. Score is how many exercises (at their drawn weight and rep amounts) are completed in the 50 minutes.  Exercises, weights and reps are…to be found out at class…;).  As any CF class, scaling and modifications will take place if needed.
