30 Snatches for time


STAMINA WOD (6:00pm – 7:30pm):
– Pick TWO of the following exercises: WB’s, PP, FS & BFB (weights are something you can do 20 reps unbroken; 15 reps unbroken for FS)
and then FIVE of the following exercises: Back squat (weight is something you can do 20 reps unbroken), Pull-ups, Push-ups, DU’s (tripping okay, resting not), T2B, Box Jumps (24/20″)
– We will baseline the seven total exercises you are doing by completing a max effort unbroken (MEUn) set of each exercise
One exercises at a time, complete 5 unbroken sets of 60-70% of your MEUn amount. There is 30 seconds rest in between sets. For example, if you can do 40 WB’s MEUn, you would pick a value between 24 & 28 (say 25) and attempt 5 sets of 25 reps (30 second rest in between sets).  You will have 2 minutes rest between exercises.
Score is the sets completed for each exercise (e.g WB’s = 4, PP = 5, Pull-ups = 5…etc.).
