Obstacle Course Race (OCR) Training (6:45am- 8:00am):
Fight gone bad style. Do one minute max reps of each below exercise, rotate exercise every minute. Going through all five exercises (one minute per each exercise) and resting for one minute is one round. We will do seven total rounds (42 minutes total). Score total reps for each round (i.e. count reps completed from all 5 exercises).
