STAMINA WOD (6:00pm – 7:30pm):
Complete the following for time (chipper style, 60 min time cap):
Pick 7 total exercises below.
– Choose at least two of the 100 rep exercises
- WB’s (pick weight you could do 20 unbroken reps fresh)
- Box Jumps (24/20″)
– Choose at least two of the 75 rep exercises
- Push Press (pick weight you could do 20 unbroken reps fresh)
- Bar Facing Burpees.
– Choose at least two of the 50 rep exercises
- Front Squat (pick weight you could do 15 unbroken reps fresh)
- Back Squat (pick weight you could do 15 unbroken reps fresh)
– DU’s at 300 reps
Exercises can be done in any order but must be completed before you go to the next exercise.
For example, an athlete chose the following exercises and did them in this order: DU’s (300 reps), WB’s (100 reps @ 20#), T2B (50 reps), Push Press (75 reps @ 95#), Box Jumps (100 reps @ 24″), Bar Facing Burpees (75 reps) and Back Squat (50 reps @ 185#).
