Obstacle Course Race Training (6:45am – 8:00am):
Celebrating 2019, we’re going to do 2019 reps total of the following exercises below. The scheme will be that we work each exercise for 2 minutes, then rotate. Your reps are a running total, add them up until you reach 2019. Score is time it takes to complete 2019 total reps.
Exercises:
Air squats
Sit-ups
Box Jumps (24/20″)
Row (cals; if you get > 30/24 cals, double your score. For example, if a female athlete gets 27 calories she gets a 54 reps)
Push-ups
DU’s (singles 2:1)
Push press (45/35# barbell)
Partner barbell holds (two barbells @ 185/135# per barbell; 1 sec = 1 rep)
