On the 3:00 x 5 Rounds:
21 Box Jumps 
12 Shuttle Sprints (10m)
6 Deadlifts
Build in load on deadlift 
*score is fastest/slowest rd and starting/ending deadlift weight.

Stamina WOD (6:00pm – 7:30pm):
100 reps of each. Lifts will be broken into 4 sets of 25 reps.  Build in weight each set.  Score is total time and highest weight completed (unbroken) on each lift. 60min time cap
– Back squat (clean from the floor)
– Lunges (forward; 1rep/leg)
– Bike (cals)
– Push press
– Bench press (DB’s; done on floor or possible available bench or box)
