Stamina WOD (6:00 – 7:30pm; open to all members!):
Three rounds of:
0 – 3:00 => 20 cal bike, 10 FS (135/95#), max reps of BFB in remaining time 
3 – 4:00 => air squats
4 – 5:00 => rest
Straight into three rounds of:
0 – 3:00 => 20 thrusters (35/25# DB), 10 HSPU , max reps of DB PP (35/25#) in remaining time
3 – 4:00 => PVC push presses
4 – 5:00 => rest
Straight into three rounds of:
0 – 3:00 => 20 cal row, 10 burpee over rower, max reps of 10m shuttle sprints in remaining time
3 – 4:00 => walking lunges
4 – 5:00 => rest
– Score your total max reps (add up each of the 3 rounds) at each station.  For example, 45 (BFB’s), 50 (DB PP), 49 (shuttle sprints).
