OCR (Obstacle Course Race) Training (6:45am – 8:00am; open to all members and drop-ins!):
The routine will be:
0 – 08:00 => Work (max effort or AMRAP)
8 – 10:00 => Rest
We will do five rounds of the above routine.  Work exercises and round workouts are:
Round 1 => Row
Round 2 => 5 strict pull-ups, 4 HSPU (strict), 3 Twister pull-ups, 2 wall walks, 1 sled pull (10m; 160/115#)
Round 3 => Bike
Round 4 => 50 AS, 40 jumping switch lunges, 30 over the KB hops, 20 KB front squats (35/26#), 10 OH KB lunges (35/26#)
Round 5 => Run
