Obstacle Course Race Training (6:45am – 8:00am; open to all members and drop-ins!):
Partner workout.  Both partners work at the same time.  One partner works the main exercise(s), the other does the transition exercise. Switch when the transition exercise is completed. Partners are working together to finish the total reps for each exercise in the main set.  
Main set:
– 200 Wreck Bag Squats (50/35#)
– 100 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20″)
– 200 Wreck Bag Tosses (50/35#)
– 100 Twister Pull-ups
– 200 Wreck Bag Lunges (1 rep/leg; 50/35#)
Transition exercise: 
– 400m run
