10 Rounds. Each exercise and associated reps is done EMOM:
– Burpees (60% of 1 min ME)
– Plank on elbows (40 sec)
– Bike or Row (cals; 60% of 1 min ME)
– T2B (60% of 1 min ME)
– DL (10 reps at bodyweight)
