
Obstacle Course Racing COMBINED with the 8:00am class (The Pack parking lot is being resealed this weekend). Workout will be held at Canyon Ridge HS Track (north side of HS). There is plenty of parking on the south side of the track but also west of the track too.
– Four person teams
– 10 minutes, for distance: With a wreck bag (50/35#), run as far as possible as a team with one person carrying the wreck bag. Switch the wreck bag every 100m with a different partner.
– 3 min break and transition
– 10 minutes, for distance: Stagger each teammate on the track, 100m apart at the 100m markers. One person sprinting at at time, run and tag your next teammate. Continue this for max distance. Note that every 4th run one teammate will have to run 200m to tag their teammate.
– 3 min break and transition
– AMRAP10: Two teammates doing burpees, two teammates doing 400m run. Switch exercise when finished with 400m run. Going for max distance and total burpees.
– 3 min break and transition
– 4x200m relay for time
– 3 min break and transition
– Medley (100m 200m, 400m & 800m) relay for time
