Stamina Training (6:00pm to 7:30pm; open to all members and drop-ins!)
Two rounds of:
00:00 – 10:00 => 5:1 (sets) of 3 push press, 2 push jerk, 1 split jerk (95/65#; 6 reps are unbroken, sets can be broken up) with 50:10 of DU’s. So athlete will do 5 sets of bar work, then 50 DU’s. Then 4 sets of bar work, then 40 DU’s…and so on. Rest if you finish work before 10 minutes.
10:00 – 20:00 => 10:1 OH DB Lunges (50/35# single DB; 1 rep/leg) & T2B. So athlete does 10 OH DB Lunges and 10 T2B. Then 9 OH DB Lunges then 9 T2B…and so on. Rest if you finish work before 10 minutes.

Finish with one round of one of the above 10 minute sequences (bar work and DU’s or lunges and T2B).

Score all times (or reps) completed in each 10 minute sequence.
