OCR Training (OFFSITE AT CENTENNIAL WATERFRONT PARK; 7:00am)
Park in the parking lot at CWP
Three person teams
Round 1:
Each person wears a weighted vest (it’s okay if you don’t have one, I will also bring some wreck bags for the run portion if you don’t have a vest). As a team do:
30 Body Builders
30′ Bear Carries (each partner gets carried 30′)
Run up the grade as a team using the leapfrogging method (explain onsite)
About 1/3 the way up, do 50 team burpees
About 2/3 the way up, do 100 team air squats
At the top, do 100 team thrusters using your weighted vests or sandbag
Come down as a team to the parking lot
– note all rep amounts are a team total, split them up as you see fit –
Round 2:
Done individually without the weighted vest
Run up the grade for time
Come down the grade at your pace/time

Main WOD (8am)
“Hang in there”
Buy In: 800m Run
20-minute EMOM :
5 barbell thrusters
5 burpees
Buy Out: 800m Run
You each have one minute to finish the reps. Whatever time is left in the minute is rest time. While Partner A completes the reps, Partner B is hanging from a pull-up bar. Switch every minute.
