What’s your favorite CrossFit movement/WOD?

Double Unders,  I want to be jumping rope for as long as I can. 

Why is fitness important to you?

Fitness is a staple for well being and longevity and that is important to me.  The better my body feels, the better I feel mentally as well.  

What do you love about coaching?

Helping others do things that they never thought they could!
