What’s your favorite CrossFit movement/WOD?

My favorite CrossFit movement is the clean. I love a heavy barbell.

Why is fitness important to you?

Fitness is important to me both physically and mentally. I love being strong and being able to support my active lifestyle now and in the future. Mentally it helps me face all my daily stressors in a healthy way. 

What do you love about coaching?

I love many things about coaching but at the root of it all, it boils down to the relationships I get to make with some pretty amazing people. I also get to see them form meaningful relationships with each other, build each other up and grow both physically and mentally. It truly is an honor to be able to help guide others on their journey.
