My introduction to fitness stems from a young age. I grew up working on a farm where being able to carry buckets of water and loading hay bales was recognized as a feat of strength and necessity. In High School I fell in love with weightlifting while taking a zero hour weights class. I realized building strength made me a better athlete in any sport I participated in. Throughout the years, I have been able to explore many areas of fitness and found my passion was being able to make a difference in others lives through coaching.
I was pregnant with my fifth (and final!) child when I discovered CrossFit. The idea of combining weightlifting, conditioning and gymnastics was a challenge and so much fun!! After doing CrossFit on my own I realized in order to progress I needed and wanted to be coached. I came to The Pack and found my home away from home. Since day one, everyone, from the coaches to the members made me feel welcomed, loved and pushed me to be a better athlete and person. I strive to share that same joy with every person who walks through our doors. I am so honored to be apart of The Pack community and coaching team.
