Getting into CrossFit was one of the best life choices I’ve made. It helped me become strong not only physically but mentally as well. I learned how to fuel my body for performance in the gym and to stay healthy for the rest of my life. I’m a big advocate of creating a positive mindset, setting goals, and absolutely crushing them. I’ve had a passion for helping others for as long as I can remember, and as time went on I realized that coaching people through functional movements and educating them on proper nutrition was something I really wanted to do. I want to help our members realize how much they are capable of if they truly believe in themselves in and outside the gym.
