What’s your favorite CrossFit movement/WOD?

My favorite CrossFit movement is a handstand push-up, and my favorite WOD is Diane. 

Why is fitness important to you?

Fitness is important to me because I get to challenge myself every day and have fun with it too. 

What do you love about coaching?

I love coaching because I get to see so many people accomplish things they thought they couldn’t; to see their excitement at their growth is so fulfilling.
