What’s your favorite CrossFit movement/WOD?
Deadlifts. I love deadlifts. Such a universal show of strength forever.
Why is fitness important to you?
I maintain my health and fitness for my family. To someday be the best kick ass 95 year old grandma ever. I also want to travel more and know staying healthy is going to help me travel for many years!
What do you love about coaching?
The connection I get with members of every single class is something that will never get old. Experiencing someone getting their first pull up to just being brave enough to walk in the door are just a few awesome things about this job!
