What’s your favorite CrossFit movement/WOD?

My favorite CrossFit movement is the snatch.

Why is fitness important to you?

Fitness is important to me because I have known the other side of being unhealthy and unhappy with my life. That’s not somewhere I want to be ever again.

What do you love about coaching?

Watching a movement click for an athlete for the first time. CrossFit completely changed my life and I love to see how much it helps others as well.
