What’s your favorite CrossFit movement/WOD?

My favorite CrossFit movement has to be the clean and jerk. It is a powerful and dynamic lift that combines strength, speed, and technique. I love the feeling of successfully moving a heavy load efficiently, and what deeply connects with me is the idea that true strength is about picking something up from the ground and putting it over your head. The clean and jerk captures this concept, requiring a blend of raw power and skillful movement.

Why is fitness important to you?

Fitness holds significant importance in my life for several reasons. It’s not just about physical health, although that’s a crucial aspect. Regular exercise keeps me energized, reduces stress, and contributes to a positive mindset. Beyond the concrete benefits, staying fit is a personal commitment to self-improvement, resilience, and longevity.

What do you love about coaching?

Coaching in CrossFit is a genuine passion for me. Witnessing individuals transform, both physically and mentally, is incredibly fulfilling. The sense of community that CrossFit has is unmatched, and being part of that journey, guiding and supporting others as they discover their strengths and capabilities, is what I love most about coaching. It’s not just about the workout, it’s about building a supportive and empowering community.
