What’s your favorite CrossFit movement/WOD?

I have two favorite WODS: Murph and Holy Man.

Why is fitness important to you?

Fitness is important because it’s the midpoint of where performance, aesthetics, and lifestyle come together.  Because of fitness, I’m able to give my family, friends, and coworkers a better version of myself. 

What do you love about coaching?

I love coaching because it gives me purpose; the purpose of making others better. It gives me an avenue to make a difference in people’s lives by influencing their fitness.
